How To Manage Road Rage

By Alon Calinao Dy: Everyone has felt anger at one point in their lives, but managing anger can be a problem for many people who find it hard to keep their cool. Anger can raise your heart rate and blood pressure, and although it is completely normal emotion, it is risky for people who suffer heart problems. Sometimes, it goes out of control and turns destructive towards other people.

Before your face turns to red from anger, it is better to express the rage in a nonviolent manner. While you are driving a car on your way home or going to work,  you may experience a road rage from other drivers. But the question is, can you control yourself in a situation like this? Amazingly watch this YouTube video how the man had brought off his temper.
