Pacquiao Versus Bradley III: All About Money

By Alon Calinao Dy: This is the last fight of eight-division world champ Manny Pacquiao before he quits in boxing. It does not excite the viewers anymore since he already defeated Bradley not once but twice.

Pacquiao has an amazing boxing career when he fought and beat a lot of great boxers in his entire career. But this last bout seems it's all the about money and not Pacquiao's legacy.

The Filipino champion is going to face Timothy Bradley on April 9 in Las Vegas. I expect Pacquiao to win this fight again, but fans of an American fighter believe that Bradley can use the techniques of Floyd Mayweather, Jr. who used to hit and then move.

Freddie Roach, Pacquiao's long time and trusted coach, believes that there's nothing Bradley can do to defeat Pacquiao. Fight fans are no longer thrilled when they know that this fight will in favor Pacquiao.

I used to believe that there will be a rematch between Mayweather and Pacquiao when the Filipino boxing icon said that he had a shoulder injury when he fought Mayweather.

The question is, is this the last fight of Pacquiao? I don't see this battle a competitive one, and I don't think Bradley can copy the moves and styles of Mayweather. This fight is nothing but a waste of money from the boxing fans.

I guess I have to watch this fight at home since it does not appeal to me. Honestly, I expect a lot of more from Pacquiao. He should have fought a new opponent and the one who is undefeated like Mayweather, but it seems he knows how to play it safe.
