Leila De Lima Called Duterte A Monster And Not Happy About The Arrest Of Drug Lords
By Alon Calinao Dy: Former Justice Secretary Leila De Lima, who is now a newly-elected senator of the Republic of the Philippines, was reportedly linked to giving special treatments to some kingpins at the New Bilibid Prison according to Akbayan party-list Rep. Walden Bello.
De Lima called President Rodrigo Duterte a "monster" when in fact it is first time in the Philippine history that hundreds of drug addicts including the pushers and users have surrendered to the respective authorities according to the netizens.
Considering today's situation of the Philippines, crime, corruption and illegal drugs must end now as what President Duterte's advocacy to make the country a safe place for everyone. That includes the safety of lots of tourists who want to visit the country.
Some reports also surfaced that top drug lords wanted to assassinate President Duterte as they offered P1-billion bounty for the heads of Duterte and the new Philippine National Police (PNP) chief Ronald "Bato" Dela Rosa.
Being the last people's hope of the country, no one could ever stop Duterte and Dela Rosa from doing their sworn duties and proving their loyalty to the Filipinos. The brave PNP chief Dela Rosa even said, "bring it on" as he was not afraid performing his responsibilities because the Filipinos who cried for a real change backed him up.
In an effort to determine who are those drug users, President Rodrigo Duterte implemented a mandatory drug test from generals to the lowest rank last July 1. If the reports are true that De Lima called Duterte a "monster," I don't think our beloved President Duterte is the one.
From the very start, the tough-talking president had been very vocal and said that he hated criminals especially drug addicts. So I believe those protectors of crimes are the real monsters, not Mr. PRESIDENT!
