What to do to be fitIt is so simple. Eat more for breakfast, eat moderately for lunch, and eat less for dinner or don't eat at all. If you want to be fat, then you skip breakfast and eat two large meals during lunch and dinner.
Recent studies show that it's very difficult to sleep soundly when your stomach is full, especially when you eat a heavy meal at night.
But based on my personal experience, I think there is nothing wrong if you eat a healthy late night snack. In fact, it is helpful when losing body fat, as you can actually lose fat while you sleep.
What not to doI don't really recommend buying burgers in some fast food restaurants. I don't think they are healthy. Not only burgers, but avoid eating ice cream in the evening too, because it has loads of calories for your information.
In addition to this, I find it disgusting when people drink alcoholic beverages before bedtime, assuming it helps them sleep faster. It is absurd. I mean what they don't know, it contains a lot of calories. As you probably know, most habitual drinkers have big bellies.
