Cesar Montano Believes Senator Antonio Trillanes IV Needs Money For His Monthly Bills

By Alon Calinao Dy: Strong words coming from actor and action star Cesar Montano when he was interviewed why did he trust the leadership of presidential candidate Davao City Mayor Rodrigo Duterte. He said that among presidential aspirants it was only the tough-talking mayor who showed genuineness of serving the Filipinos.

Cesar Montano easily gets irritated when he's asked about the alleged P211 million by Trillanes against Mayor Duterte. Like Robin Padilla, he defended the Davao City mayor by saying that Trillanes was doing these accusations because he has monthly bills to settle or pay.

The actor did not believe Mayor Duterte acquired P211 million in his bank account especially when he learned that the source of information of the senator was coming from Joseph de Mesa whose identity is still a big question mark until now.

Who is Joseph de Mesa? According to the sworn statement of Trillanes, Jose de Mesa is someone who claims a supporter of Mayor Duterte. He decided to withdraw his support to Duterte when he learned that the mayor has numerous bank accounts, suspecting that he has hundreds of millions if not billion of pesos in his bank accounts.

Duterte's camp said that Trillanes presented an evidence based on hearsay or double hearsay. Netizens got mad over the senator when BPI denied the allegation that Mayor Duterte has that large amounts of money when Trillanes went over the counter to confirm whether Duterte has P211 million or not.

Montano suspected that Trillanes was benefiting from the anomaly of administration since from the start he knew that he would not win in this upcoming election. He also mentioned about the issues of cheating reported by Overseas Filipino Workers (OFWs) around the world.

Cesar Montano, also called by his friends as Buboy, believes that Duterte is going to win in the 2016 Presidential Race if he will not be cheated by his opponents. He is one of many celebrities who called for honest and peaceful elections, letting people vote for a right presidential candidate to lead this country.
