It is essential to identify: which two types of salmon, farmed or wild, is more healthy? It is considered that wild salmon is healthier and safer than farmed salmon and is less contaminated with antibiotics and waste.
Salmon is common in cold countries like Chile, Russia, Norway, Alaska, and Canada. Hence, if you are planning for a pregnancy, you know what to eat. It is also helpful to consult your OB for any health advice. For men, check your sperm count. For women, check for an ovarian cyst.
In the Philippines, it is expensive to buy a kilogram of salmon. It costs around 500 pesos per kg. It depends where you are going to purchase this kind of fish. If you happen to travel to public markets in Metro Manila, expect to spend more than 500 pesos a kilo.
Aside from eating salmon, you should never pressure yourself to get pregnant. Don't smoke a cigarette, quit drinking alcoholic beverages, and don't try any illegal drugs. Try to relax at all times because it is beneficial to be stress free when trying to conceive.
