Netizens Are Mad At ABS-CBN For Alleged Bias News Reporting

By Alon Calinao Dy: According to some reports by netizens, ABS-CBN has committed an error for reporting news about the last PiliPinas Debates 2016 in regard to what Davao City Mayor Rodrigo said concerning the territorial disputes in the West Philippine Sea that was held at the University of Pangasinan in Dagupan, Pangasinan last April 24.

Several posts on social media are calling viewers to boycott broadcast giant ABS-CBN due to the alleged that they are protecting one presidential candidate from the administration.

Some netizens also said that this was one of the reasons why Senator Bong Bong Marcos did not appear in the last debate hosted by ABS-CBN because of biased news reporting.

Netizens have a screenshot photo from ABS-CBN news Twitter that was different from CNN Philippines, and this evidence went viral in social media.

A couple of months ago, there was also an alleged report that Iglesia ni Cristo called their members nationwide to boycott ABS-CBN for watching the local news.

Here are some comments netizens made about the alleged bias news reporting coming from ABS-CBN:
