By Alon Calinao Dy: A netizen named Mahal Arzadon on Facebook was pissed off after the staff at PCSO, Lung Center, in Quezon City told her "don't throw your problem at us because your problem is not ours."
Netizens called the staff by the name as "Sir Charlie," after this online post went viral with more 5,000 shares on Facebook.
After being disrespected, the patient expressed her dissatisfaction with the service for the long queque at PCSO since this staff didn't realize how hard for her to process the paper requirements.
She's very sentimental when she shared her bad experience to her online friends. This caught a lot of attentions to the netizens, hoping that the management would give a helpful advice to their staff to be respectfull to all their clients.
For now, commentors advice the patient to complain to their manager so that he can't make the same mistake again.
