By Alon Calinao Dy: PO3 Rogelio Sta. Ana, a police officer in Malolos, Bulacan, surrendered to the PNP Bulacan Provincial Director Senior Supt. Romeo Caramat Jr. after he saw what happened to his fellow police officer, PO3 Michael Lee Manalad, who was also known as a drug pusher and was killed last July 7 in Meycauayan City.

President Rodrigo Duterte said to those cops who are involved in drug trade, "I will kill you" after he discovered that many protectors of illegal drugs are coming from the law enforcers.

A fearless president Duterte wants to end the country's problems of criminality, corruption and illegal drugs in the Philippines within his timeframe of 3 to 6 months in the office.

This is a warning to all Filipinos who are still in drug trade that they should stop selling these illegal substance in the country. Everyone should respect the rule of law, and the eagle president from Davao City is very serious about his earlier issued warnings against these violators of law.

This is also a reminder that President Rodrigo Duterte has applied the law in equality among the Filipinos. Though you are a police officer, mayor, businessman or anyone, but if you have done something wrong or violated the rule of law, people must be morally responsible for their own actions.

That's the reason why President Duterte wants to bring back the death penalty in the Philippines. He believed in retribution. He said that "when you kill someone, rape, you should also die," in his earlier statement about his plan of restoration of death penalty during his reign.
